A handbook for technical and engineering sales people. It was overkill for me, so I only read the chapters that I needed.
I love psychology books like this one where the author has personally performed experiments himself and reports on the results.
Do the most ambiguous, most complex, longest timeline, or riskiest task first to get early feedback, early momentum, and to inform later processes.
I enjoyed attempting to read this book. It was my first exposure to words like apodictic and synthetic, and it was a real challenge to stay awake sometimes, much less try to comprehend everything. I merely "floated" through a lot of the content, not understanding it at all, but trying nonetheless.
